That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our partnership with The Smiling Blue Skies® Cancer Fund/The Smiling Blue Skies® Fund for Innovative Cancer Research. Together, we’re on a mission to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Since 2001, The Smiling Blue Skies® Cancer Fund has been a beacon of hope, supporting the Ontario Veterinary College’s quest to find better ways to understand and combat this complex disease. They offer 24/7 support to anyone whose life has been touched by cancer, providing assistance and guidance no matter where you are.

Their impact doesn’t stop there. Every study and grant they fund benefits both our beloved pets and the people who love them. From Melanoma to Bone Cancer, their research covers a wide range of cancers, offering hope and promise to those affected by this devastating disease. One of the incredible initiatives supported by The Smiling Blue Skies® Cancer Fund is the Companion Animal Tumour Sample Bank (CATSB). This groundbreaking resource houses over 20,000 samples from more than 1,000 unique cases, providing invaluable insights into cancer treatment and prognosis. As part of the Comparative Oncology Trials Consortium, The Ontario Veterinary College is at the forefront of veterinary oncology research. Together with kindred spirits across the country, they’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the fight against cancer.
