This is for those living in the Ottawa, Ontario area . . .

Deb Brunner-Walker entered into her Bee adventure naively but it’s certainly BEEn a learning experience for her.

Here is what Deb had to say:

“I’ve shared with everyone some of the interesting bee facts that gives a new appreciation for these industrious insects. Now I’m able to share with you some of the fruits of their labor. I thought having a bee hive was a cool hobby and never intended this to be a side hustle, so I’ve decided that my honey bounty will bee a charity venture.

If anyone wants to buy honey, I am selling 1 pound jars for $12.

Most of the honey is the light, spring/summer flower honey but I have a smaller quantity of the dark stronger tasting honey available.

All monies raised will be donated to the Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund www.smilingblueskies.com. For those that are unfamiliar with this charity, they fund Canine Cancer research – a cause that has touched many of us and our dogs.

Send Deb a PM through Facebook, and she will make arrangements for pickup or drop off.

If you want to drop by and meet the ladies that worked so hard to make this beautiful bounty, Deb would be happy to introduce you.
