An afternoon to support The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund will be held on Saturday, August 10th, 2024.
With Pat Hewitt, unfortunately, having to cancel his “Sociable” evening with us last October, he has graciously offered to perform for one last special event.
Join us from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Enjoy mouthwatering goodies, and as always, there will be an amazing raffle with something for all. The 50/50 is pretty awesome too!

Where: Enjoy a casual afternoon in the “Sowerby Garden” in Oakville and support a cause near and dear to so many of us whose lives have been touched by cancer.
A special Golden Retriever named “Blues” was raised nearby by Smiling Blue Skies founder Suzi Beber. I have such fond memories of meeting them on walks! Following his passing to lymphoma at the tender age of 6, Suzi made a donation to OVC. Over 23 years later, over $3 million has been raised, mainly from the support of events such as this one. All proceeds support comparative cancer research, equipment, special staff positions, and owner support.
