Thanks to Donna Hamill and DryDog, for their continued support of The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund.
Drydog does just that . . . it dries your dog. We have been using this wonderful product with our Goldens, since it first became available, and like they say about credit cards, we never leave home without our Drydogs. We have used them in Ontario, with lots of rain and snow, we have used them on the road, and now they are getting a work-out on the west coast, in British Columbia. Our Queen of the House, Audi, likes to lounge in her Drydog, after a nice walk in the rain. It is a snap to put on, and the dogs lie down, and when we take them off, we have clean and dry dogs. They wash and dry beautifully, time after time after time. Drydog takes the time out of drying your dog!!
Special thanks to Heather McLeod and Scoopies, for their ongoing support of both The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund and Canadian Golden Retriever Adoption Service.
Special thanks to Lisa Verkley, of Goldwing Communications, who
has been such an advocate for The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer
Fund. Because of her, Golden Retriever owners across Canada, can
share stories, their hopes and dreams. Lisa is pictured here
with Winger, Blues' half brother.

Nutritional Philosophy
Each
dog is an individual and needs to be fed that way. Itchy
skin, runny eyes, gastrointestinal problems and a myriad
of other complaints can often be traced to dietary
sensitivities. Certain breeds and individuals are
predisposed to particular ailments that may be addressed
by dietary modifications. Addressing disease may require a
unique change in diet plans.
Respecting the needs of individual dogs translates to
feeding a diet that supports uniqueness. The notion of
there being one perfect way to feed all dogs is a myth.
Some will thrive on an all raw diet, others will do best
on cooked foods while yet others will do well eating a
combination of both. The choice is based on the dog
guardian's comfort level with a particular method of
feeding and the dog's tolerance level of that choice.
